Skill 1 8 Yrs of Exp in working with the ServiceNow platform
Skill 2 8 Yrs of Exp in implementing and customizing ServiceNow CSM and FSM modules
Skill 3 8 Yrs of Exp in Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and best practices
Skill 4 8 Yrs of Exp -JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Mandatory if Applicable
Domain Experience (If any ) Telecom Domain Experience is good to Have
Must have Certifications Yes-ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)-CSM, CIS-FSM.
